Tomahawk CrossFit is designed to meet you where you are, no matter your fitness level, age, or background. Whether you’re just starting out, working through an injury, or looking to compete in a CrossFit competition, our coaches are experienced in helping you daily find the right workout for you. We focus on holistic health with scalable workouts, nutrition advice, and a commitment to helping you move better, feel better, and live better. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like home and a community that celebrates every milestone, Tomahawk is the perfect fit.





programming
Each class is 50-55 minutes so that our members are on time when they leave. When you arrive each day, you will be greeted by our Coach. They will explain the workout in detail with all of the class members and answer any questions you may have. We always start with a warmup/primer that is designed specifically for the workout. For the main portion of class, our members can expect either a strength focused workout, or one that is focused on challenging our conditioning. We tend to program in 4-to-6-week blocks with a different focus each block. For example, a block might focus on improving your max back squat over a 6-week period, where each week your weights should increase if you are consistent with your attendance. Fridays are usually partner workout days. We also have Open Gym time where you can either do the workout on the board or do your own thing. See schedule for full Open Gym hours.
